About Our Beach House

The house’s name, “Tenn-a-Sea” is a new construction with six (6) bedrooms and five (5) full baths located on your own private beautiful white sand beach just steps from the deck. The front deck is 16 x 48 with the center deck being covered from the sun while the 2 other areas are great for sunbathing. We have 6 heavy Adirondack chairs and 2 chaise lounges for your comfort while sitting on the deck listening and watching the waves and dolphins. An outdoor dining table with seating to accommodate 6 personnel is located on deck.

There are 3 king size bedrooms and 1 queen size bedroom with a twin sleeper. The living room has an open floor plan with 3 sofas with one having a queen sleeper and a sleeper chair. The upstairs has two bedrooms with a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twins beds. A large dining table seating up to 8 people and a bar seating for 7 bar stools. The large kitchen is well equipped with anything you would possibly need. It has stainless steel commercial appliances featuring large gas cooktop, electric double oven, microwave, large French door refrigerator, dishwasher and a beverage cooler for all your can drinks. We also have a commercial ice machine so you’ll never run out of ice. Maytag Washer and Dryer also for your use. Rinnai Hot Water heater so you’ll never run out of hot water.

The 2 front master bedrooms are Gulf front. Each bedroom has its on TV along with a large TV in the living area.

This property also has a covered outdoor elevator. Large picnic table underneath with charcoal grill. You’ll also have a fully enclosed outside shower underneath deck for washing off the sand. There is a walkway right to the beautiful white sand.

We are a pet friendly property with MAXIMUM of 2 dogs. No cats due to pet allergies.
